Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Execute effective project and trade sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and contracts to prospective buyers.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the operations and production team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
