We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to specialize in the dynamic Property Management sector. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our clients' properties and managing the specific accounting requirements associated with Joint Management Body (JMB) operations.
You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring strict compliance with local financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, trial balances, and month-end reports.
- Handle JMB (Joint Management Body) specific accounting duties, including management of sinking funds and maintenance fees.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date and reconciled.
- Assist in the preparation of GST (Sales Tax) returns and ensure timely tax filings.
- Maintain the general ledger and support the finance team with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and local regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounts Executive role.
- Experience or strong understanding of Property Management and JMB accounting is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems).
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations, including GST compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
