In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our clients, ensuring that our bespoke fabrication projects are delivered with excellence while fostering long-term business partnerships.

You will be at the forefront of our operations, managing the end-to-end client journey, monitoring project performance, and identifying new opportunities to expand our service footprint. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing client accounts, ensuring a seamless communication flow.
- Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with stakeholders to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Monitor account performance metrics and project timelines to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Proactively address and resolve client concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into final products.
- Identify and pursue growth initiatives and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and project status reports in the company CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
- Strong background in the manufacturing, construction, or custom fabrication industry is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
