You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of maintenance contracts, ensuring operational efficiency, workforce coordination, and high-level client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee high-value engineering maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Coordinate with site workforce and engineering teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, inquiries, and project reporting.
- Monitor project-related financial metrics, including budget tracking, invoicing, and cost control for maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the engineering project management team.
- Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal management and external clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, project administration, or operations coordination, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in contract management and understanding of service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment based in the Changi Bay area.
