Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify high volumes of invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balance issues promptly.
- Prepare and execute payment runs while ensuring compliance with internal financial policies and controls.
- Maintain an accurate vendor database, including updating payment terms and tax information.
- Support month-end closing activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments to address inquiries regarding payment status.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency in the accounts payable workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of standard accounting principles and tax compliance regulations.
