Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Assist in month-end closing activities and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate accounts payable documentation and filing systems
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
