Hi-Cook Indonesia is a leading name in the industry, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a fixed-term contract basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be the backbone of our vendor management process, ensuring that financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies.
As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining healthy relationships with our suppliers by ensuring seamless invoice processing and payment cycles. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and process vendor invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with tax regulations.
- Perform three-way matching (PO, Receiving Report, and Invoice) to validate payment requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements monthly to ensure account balances match internal records.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations departments to resolve discrepancies in billing or delivery.
- Prepare payment schedules and assist in the timely execution of bank transfers.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all physical and digital financial documentation.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing activities and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or general bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/26, PPN).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Able to commit to a contract period for maternity leave coverage.
