Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor accounts payable team members to ensure high performance and compliance
- Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure accuracy
- Conduct regular vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Optimize payment processes to maximize efficiency and minimize processing costs
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams to resolve payment issues
- Prepare monthly AP reports and analyze key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounts payable experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Attention to detail with ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies
