As an AR Executive, you will manage the end-to-end billing process, reconcile accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process including invoicing and billing cycles.
- Utilize SAP for accurate data entry and financial record maintenance.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and verify payment postings against invoices.
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP software is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client and internal interactions.
- Knowledge of maritime industry accounting practices is a significant advantage.
