Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process, including timely invoicing and statement preparation.
- Perform daily reconciliation of freight forwarding accounts and handle multi-currency transaction postings.
- Drive the collections process by following up on outstanding debts and resolving billing disputes with clients.
- Ensure full compliance with GST regulations and internal financial controls for all logistics-related billing.
- Prepare comprehensive aging reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and sales departments to ensure accuracy in cargo billing and documentation.
- Support audit requirements and prepare necessary schedules for internal and external reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or MYOB) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore GST treatment and local financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight month-end deadlines.
