Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and penetrate new market segments for motor insurance and other non-life product lines.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with car dealerships, brokers, and corporate partners.
- Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance coverage and risk management solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective individual and corporate clients.
- Manage the renewal process for existing accounts to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure competitive pricing and timely policy issuance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes within the PH insurance market.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within the Non-Life Insurance sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of Motor Insurance products and general insurance principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and convert them into sales.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
