Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports accurately and timely.
  • Handle all corporate and local tax compliance duties, including calculating, filing, and reporting VAT (PPN), withholding taxes (PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2)), and annual corporate income tax.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and local government authorities to ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow operations to maintain optimal liquidity.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office inventory, document archiving, and procurement activities.
  • Process employee expense claims, payroll calculations, and BPJS contributions in an efficient manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven professional experience handling full set of accounts and tax administration.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Regulations; Brevet A & B certification is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (such as Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and Indonesian e-tax applications (e-Faktur, e-SPT, DJP Online).
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
