You will be responsible for managing outbound communications, maintaining precise logs, and facilitating smooth information flow to support our legal objectives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Initiate outbound calls to opposing counsel offices to verify case status and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and real-time documentation of all communication within our internal database.
  • Follow up consistently with external stakeholders to ensure pending tasks or documents are received on time.
  • Monitor case files to identify missing information or procedural gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal legal staff to update case tracking reports effectively.
  • Ensure all interactions remain professional, courteous, and compliant with office privacy policies.
  • Prepare summaries of case update findings for senior management review.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, legal support, or administrative roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, specifically in a professional or corporate context.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate through gatekeepers and contact opposing counsel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic office software, including MS Office Suite and cloud-based CRM systems.
  • Ability to remain patient and persistent when dealing with high-volume call environments.
  • Experience in the legal field or debt recovery is highly advantageous but not required.
