This role offers the flexibility of casual/vacation employment while providing competitive compensation ranging from $40 to $60 per hour. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver engaging and effective technical training courses aligned with ACLP standards and industry best practices
- Develop and continuously update course materials to reflect the latest advancements in ICT and technology
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback
- Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and critical thinking
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure course relevance
- Collaborate with other trainers and institute staff to enhance the overall training program
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and completion of courses
Kualifikasi
- ACLP (Adult Learning Practitioner) certification or equivalent qualification in adult education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training or adult education
- Strong expertise in ICT domains with practical knowledge of current technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience developing curriculum and training materials for adult learners
- Ability to work in a flexible, casual/vacation employment arrangement
