Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and maintain ACMV and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of HVAC equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults
- Execute emergency repairs and system modifications during operational hours
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration projects
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration Technology
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ACMV/chiller systems
- Valid Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) certification
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and control diagrams
- Strong diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical faults
- Ability to work independently in a 12-hour shift environment
- Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS)
- Good physical fitness for equipment access and maintenance
