Tanggung Jawab
- Install, commission, and maintain ACMV systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and prepare detailed technical reports
- Implement energy efficiency improvements and system optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale HVAC projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Train junior technicians on best practices and technical procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of ACMV/HVAC maintenance experience
- Certification in ACMV systems or HVAC technology preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, ducting systems, and control mechanisms
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and building blueprints
- Valid Class 3 driving license for site visits
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
