In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems that keep modern infrastructure running efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed design schematics and shop drawings for ACMV systems in compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and site integration.
- Perform cooling load calculations and equipment selection for various commercial and industrial projects.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular quality inspections to ensure installations meet safety and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and provide technical support during the commissioning phase.
- Prepare project documentation, including material submittals, method statements, and progress reports.
- Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient design strategies to reduce environmental impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Strong understanding of ACMV system principles, including ducting, piping, and ventilation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BIM/Revit software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous with a strong eye for detail and technical accuracy.
