Recruit Now is seeking a skilled ACMV Engineer to join our dynamic team in Eunos. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services engineering to ensure our clients' facilities operate efficiently and safely.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and servicing of all HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in air conditioning units and piping systems.
- Ensure all ACMV installations comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Coordinate repair works and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Provide technical reports and recommendations to building management regarding system efficiency.
- Adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines during all maintenance activities.
- Perform emergency call-outs and respond to system breakdowns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Relevant experience in ACMV or HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Valid Singapore Engineering Council (SINGEN) registration (if applicable).
- WSH Certificate of Competency (COC) is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to a 5-day work week.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in mechanical systems.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License is an advantage.
