Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair ACMV systems in commercial buildings
- Conduct regular system inspections and performance audits
- Diagnose technical faults and implement corrective solutions
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean safety and environmental regulations
- Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports
- Optimize system energy efficiency and operational costs
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for project delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years' experience in ACMV/HAC systems
- Valid HVAC/ACMV technical certification
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes (BCA requirements)
- Proficiency in system diagnostics and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
