Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and provide effective solutions for complex HVAC system issues.
- Prepare and update project documentation, technical drawings, and progress reports.
- Monitor project costs and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and budget adherence.
- Ensure full compliance with BCA regulations and local safety guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an ACMV or HVAC contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawing and design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a 5.5-day work week.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.
