Recruit Now is seeking a skilled and motivated ACMV Engineer (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation Engineer) to oversee local commercial and residential projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and successful commissioning of cutting-edge ACMV systems, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets both client expectations and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and engineer ACMV systems for commercial and residential buildings in compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Manage project execution, including scheduling, material procurement, progress tracking, and supervising sub-contractors on-site.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of ACMV installations to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, main contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimations, and progress reports for management and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot HVAC/ACMV operational issues and implement effective corrective and preventive maintenance solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Must have at least 2 years of proven working experience in local ACMV projects (both commercial and residential) in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, SS553 standards, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design and drafting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward site-related challenges.
