HR Exchange Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated ACMV Engineer (Maintenance) to ensure the optimal performance of our building's air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for our employees and visitors. We are looking for a proactive professional who excels in Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and is capable of handling emergency responses.
As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the lifecycle management of HVAC equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units. Your expertise in spare parts management and inventory control will ensure that we maintain high operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on all ACMV systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and air handling units.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance repairs to minimize downtime.
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks and prevent stockouts.
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and perform routine diagnostics to identify potential system inefficiencies.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components and mechanical parts to ensure safety compliance and operational reliability.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and inventory usage logs.
- Collaborate with facilities management to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV/HVAC maintenance.
- Valid ACMV Certificate or similar technical certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Valid Singaporean driving license is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
