Elitez & Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation) Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical oversight and management of M&E construction projects, ensuring that our solutions are not only efficient but also compliant with the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and supervise the installation of HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare, review, and manage technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Coordinate closely with architects, electrical engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Ensure all engineering works strictly adhere to local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions during the construction phase.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related M&E field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in ACMV, HVAC, and construction project management.
- Strong working knowledge of M&E systems and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid engineering license or professional certification is preferred.
