We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive ACMV / Facilities Services Technician to join our operations team in Singapore. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the overall operational efficiency and reliability of our Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems alongside other critical building services. You will work closely with the engineering department to execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules, swiftly troubleshoot technical faults, and ensure all equipment strictly complies with Singapore’s rigorous safety and environmental regulations (including NEA and MOM guidelines).
Your daily responsibilities will involve the servicing, repairing, and maintenance of a wide spectrum of HVAC equipment, including air handling units, condensing units, fan coil units, chilled water systems, split units, and cooling towers. Beyond ACMV specific tasks, you will leverage your multi-skilled background to support broader facilities maintenance, handling pumps, motors, electrical switchgear, and plumbing systems. You will be the go-to expert for technical breakdowns, driving root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions.

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in HVAC equipment, including split units, air handlers, chillers, condensing units, and cooling towers.
- Conduct regular inspections and servicing of facilities equipment, such as pumps, fans, electrical panels, and fire protection systems.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service calls, identifying root causes and implementing effective and lasting repairs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and technical service reports.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety and health standards, as well as Singapore’s environmental regulations (NEA).
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, warranty services, and scheduled major overhauls.
- Support general building facilities upkeep to uphold a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all building users.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands-on working experience in ACMV system maintenance and general facilities repair.
- Solid understanding of HVAC refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and building automation systems (BMS).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Singapore Cooling Tower Certificate, Fire Safety Manager, or Electrical Worker License) are highly regarded.
- A methodical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of physical fitness and comfort in working under diverse conditions (e.g., rooftops, basement plant rooms, confined spaces).
- Strong team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is a plus for site support and equipment transport tasks.
