Job Description:
Fidecs Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ACMV Project Engineer to oversee and manage Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems for commercial building projects in Singapore. In this role, you will take ownership of project planning, design coordination, procurement, installation supervision, testing and commissioning, and handover. You will be the key technical liaison between the company, clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ACMV projects, from design to commissioning.
- Review project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, M&E consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration.
- Supervise installation teams, ensuring work complies with engineering standards and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of ACMV systems.
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and as-built records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, ACMV, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in ACMV project engineering, preferably in commercial projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ACMV systems, including chillers, air handling units, ductwork, and controls.
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes (BCA) and workplace safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Singaporean, PR, or valid work pass holder.
