StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking three highly motivated ACMV Project Engineers to join our expanding team in the East Region. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) project management, working on dynamic projects while receiving mentorship from industry veterans.
As an Entry-Level Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various ACMV installations. We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to navigate the fast-paced construction and facility management landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the daily coordination and supervision of ACMV installation activities on-site.
- Monitor project progress to ensure all works strictly adhere to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical discrepancies or site issues efficiently.
- Prepare and update progress reports, documentation, and technical submissions as required.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Support the procurement of materials and manage site logistics to optimize resource allocation.
- Attend project meetings and provide timely updates on site status and potential bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; internship or relevant project experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ACMV systems, ducting, and mechanical piping is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with on-site teams.
- A proactive mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week and work in the East Region of Singapore.
