Max Auto Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Acquisition Daily Worker to support our dealership operations in Semarang. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers, and our acquisition team is the backbone of that process. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying potential vehicle sellers, evaluating their vehicles, and guiding them through the acquisition process with professionalism and efficiency.
As part of our team, you will interact directly with a diverse range of customers, requiring strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Your day-to-day activities will include greeting customers, conducting thorough vehicle inspections, and accurately documenting vehicle conditions. You will also assist in processing necessary paperwork and maintaining up-to-date records in our management system. This contract position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the automotive or sales industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers to the dealership, providing excellent customer service and a positive first impression.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections and appraisals to determine fair market value and vehicle condition.
- Process vehicle documentation, including registration forms and transfer papers, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Update the acquisition database with daily customer interactions, vehicle details, and inspection results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate smooth transactions and expedite deal closures.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding trade-in values, financing options, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure efficient daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred and highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required; English proficiency is a plus.
