Join Shopee's dynamic Service by Shopee (SBS) team as an Acquisition Intern for Fall 2026! SBS is Shopee Singapore's innovative first-party retail business, dedicated to curating exceptional product assortments and driving customer satisfaction. This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce acquisition strategies, where you'll contribute to expanding our premium product catalog and optimizing marketplace performance. You'll work directly with industry leaders to identify growth opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and implement data-driven acquisition tactics. Tanggung Jawab
- Research and identify high-potential sellers and brands for SBS product expansion
- Support vendor acquisition through outreach, negotiations, and onboarding processes
- Analyze market trends to inform product assortment strategies and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless seller integration
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for acquisition optimization
- Assist in developing vendor relationship management frameworks
- Support promotional campaigns to drive new seller adoption
Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with CRM tools or e-commerce platforms preferred
