In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving business growth through strategic outbound outreach.
As an Acquisition Specialist, you will engage with potential customers over the phone, identifying their needs and delivering compelling solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients through the voice channel to introduce products and acquire new business.
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers to understand their unique needs and pain points.
- Deliver convincing and tailored sales pitches to close deals and meet daily and monthly performance KPIs.
- Handle customer objections professionally, turning potential rejections into successful acquisitions.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer interaction details and sales pipelines within the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to share market insights and optimize sales conversion strategies.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines, quality standards, and industry regulations in all customer communications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of GCE 'O' Level, 'A' Level, or a local Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record in telesales, outbound sales, customer acquisition, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly resilient, target-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and a passion for sales.
- Must be comfortable working on-site at Raffles Place, Singapore.
