Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end investment process, from initial deal sourcing to final execution and integration.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify viable acquisition targets.
- Develop detailed financial models, valuation reports, and investment memos for executive committee review.
- Perform rigorous due diligence, including financial, operational, and legal assessments.
- Negotiate deal terms, purchase agreements, and investment structures with external stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of existing portfolio companies and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless post-merger integration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA charterholder preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in valuation techniques (DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian regulatory landscape and financial market trends.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- High level of integrity, analytical rigor, and project management proficiency.
