Tanggung Jawab
- Enthusiastically facilitate and lead a variety of recreational activities and games for children and families.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests by monitoring activity areas and adhering to established safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and dismantling of activity equipment and attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity zones and common areas.
- Engage actively with guests, encouraging participation and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any safety concerns, equipment malfunctions, or guest incidents promptly to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow.
Kualifikasi
- A genuine passion for working with children and families in a recreational setting.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, recreation, or a similar guest-facing role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus, but not required (training may be provided).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and participate in activities for extended periods.
