- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage facility reservations and coordinate member inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and equipment
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support promotional events and special facility activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or front desk roles
- Strong cash handling and basic accounting skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and reservation software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of golf or sports facilities is advantageous
