Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive initial health and fitness assessments for new members.
  • Develop and implement highly personalized, goal-oriented training programs.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions with a focus on safety and performance.
  • Monitor client progress, maintain detailed training logs, and adjust programs as necessary.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating community culture within the gym.
  • Assist in member retention through consistent engagement and expert fitness advice.
  • Maintain gym equipment and ensure safety standards are strictly followed on the floor.

Kualifikasi

  • Certification in Personal Training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent recognized qualification).
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fitness or personal training industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate clients.
  • Deep understanding of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition principles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining a client base.
