Tanggung Jawab
- Design, organize, and facilitate daily/weekly activities for senior residents (physical, cognitive, social, recreational)
- Conduct needs assessments to develop age-appropriate activity programs
- Coordinate resources and logistics for events and group activities
- Maintain accurate records of participation, engagement metrics, and resident feedback
- Collaborate with care teams to integrate activities with resident care plans
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities
- Train and guide activity volunteers when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3/S1 in Gerontology, Social Work, or related field preferred
- 1+ years experience in activity planning or elderly care
- Creative problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to diverse resident needs
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- Certification in First Aid or elderly care beneficial
- Proficiency in basic office software for scheduling and reporting
