Tanggung Jawab
- Collect, clean, and organize complex actuarial datasets for reporting and modeling purposes.
- Interpret statistical data to identify trends, outliers, and potential risks to the business.
- Develop and maintain robust documentation for all analytical processes and data scrubbing methodologies.
- Collaborate with global actuarial teams to validate data accuracy and improve reporting workflows.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support the dissemination of findings to management through clear, concise, and professional presentations.
- Assist in the development of automated tools to streamline data extraction and analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in an actuarial, financial analysis, or data-driven role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VBA/Macros), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python, or SAS) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently during mid-shift hours and coordinate effectively with international teams.
