Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain robust actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct regular reserve reviews and sensitivity testing to ensure financial stability.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify emerging risks and business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management to support informed financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with underwriting and product development teams to design competitive insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards and international actuarial reporting requirements.
- Participate in regional actuarial initiatives and knowledge-sharing projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Progress toward professional actuarial qualification (e.g., PAI, SOA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in actuarial software (e.g., Prophet, AXIS) and advanced data tools (SQL, R, Python, or SAS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, capable of presenting technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
