About the Role: In this full-time role based in Sison, Pangasinan, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of AC units. From the initial assessment and installation to routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, you will ensure every job is done right the first time. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional installation of new air conditioning units, including split-type, window-type, and centralized HVAC systems.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on malfunctioning AC units to identify faults in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Execute necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments to restore optimal functionality and system efficiency.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, filters, and drains, checking refrigerant levels, and testing overall system performance.
- Ensure all work is completed in strict compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and local regulations.
- Provide accurate service reports and estimates for repair costs or system replacements to clients and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper care and inventory of company tools and equipment.
- Document service records, work orders, and inspection reports promptly and accurately for compliance and tracking purposes.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience as an AC Technician, HVAC Technician, or in a similar service role.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical circuits, and air conditioning operating principles.
- Proficient in using standard diagnostic tools and HVAC equipment (e.g., manifold gauges, multimeters, recovery units, vacuum pumps).
- Valid professional driver's license is a plus for field service requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and clients.
