- Design, implement, and refine ad delivery algorithms for gaming platforms using machine learning techniques
- Optimize real-time bidding systems and targeting models to maximize campaign performance
- Analyze large-scale user behavior data to derive actionable insights for algorithm improvements
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate algorithm effectiveness and iterate rapidly
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot algorithmic issues affecting ad delivery
- Research and integrate emerging AI/ML advancements to enhance ad personalization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ad tech, recommendation systems, or similar ML applications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Java with strong algorithm design skills
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing tools
- Deep understanding of computational advertising concepts and real-time bidding systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience processing large datasets (SQL, Spark)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and passion for optimizing user experiences
- Experience with game industry dynamics or mobile app ecosystems preferred
