Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver lectures/laboratory sessions in perfumery and fragrance chemistry
- Mentor undergraduate students through academic advising and career guidance
- Coordinate development of new undergraduate curriculum in fragrance sciences
- Industry liaison for curriculum relevance and guest speaker coordination
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to departmental research initiatives in fragrance technology
- Participate in faculty committees and industry outreach programs
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years industry experience in perfumery or fragrance development
- Proven teaching excellence at undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Deep technical knowledge of fragrance composition, chemistry, and production
- Strong industry network within the fragrance/scented products sector
- Curriculum design and program coordination experience
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
