Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations including correspondence filing and document management
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
- Support HR functions including employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave administration
- Handle financial tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and petty cash management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in event planning and meeting coordination
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
