Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform accurate data entry of financial documents into the accounting system.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and budget summaries for management review.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all ledger entries are balanced.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding administrative requirements and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local tax regulations.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Admin Accountant, Bookkeeper, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or SAP).
  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to be based in Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
