Tanggung Jawab
- Performing daily reconciliation of financial data to ensure accuracy across all accounts.
- Verifying and matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Maintaining accurate and organized financial documentation and digital filing systems.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget tracking.
- Communicating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Supporting the finance team during month-end closing activities.
- Ensuring all financial data entry complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Admin, Clerk, or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
