Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry in the accounting system.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation.
- Monitor and assist in the preparation of monthly tax reports (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN).
- Reconcile bank statements and verify financial discrepancies.
- Maintain well-organized physical and digital financial filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of financial data.
- Assist the finance team in preparing end-of-month and end-of-year financial reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Admin or similar role for at least 1-2 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or Xero).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
