PT. Hira Karya is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Admin Accounting to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama. As an Admin Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our daily operations. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and capable of managing administrative workflows efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance department, ensuring accurate data entry, managing documentation, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily financial transactions and recording them into the accounting system accurately.
- Performing data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital financial records/invoices.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely submission of expense reports.
- Monitoring office supplies and operational petty cash.
- Supporting the finance team during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in administrative or accounting roles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory, including VLOOKUP/Pivot tables).
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and administrative documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
