Tanggung Jawab
- Managing daily administrative tasks and office documentation flow.
- Performing accurate bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconciling bank statements and preparing periodic financial reports.
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring compliance with company documentation standards.
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax reports and audit documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Admin, Accountant, or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if possessing strong analytical skills).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar systems).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
- Residing in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
