Tanggung Jawab

  • Managing daily administrative tasks and office documentation flow.
  • Performing accurate bookkeeping, data entry, and financial record-keeping.
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reconciling bank statements and preparing periodic financial reports.
  • Maintaining filing systems and ensuring compliance with company documentation standards.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax reports and audit documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Admin, Accountant, or similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if possessing strong analytical skills).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or similar systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle numerical data with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information professionally.
  • Residing in or willing to be placed in Surabaya.
