Tanggung Jawab
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including invoice verification, matching, and timely payment processing.
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Serving as General Cashier, ensuring accurate handling of daily cash deposits, petty cash replenishment, and bank reconciliations.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports and ensuring all transactions comply with hotel internal controls.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Assisting in the month-end closing process, including accruals and journal entries.
- Collaborating with department heads to ensure budget compliance and efficient operational spending.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (min 1-2 years) as an AP Clerk, Cashier, or similar Finance Administrative role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local hotel management systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations, including PPh 21, 23, and PPN.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Integrity, honesty, and high professional standards regarding cash handling.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
