Tanggung Jawab

  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
  • Track stock movements in and out of the warehouse, documenting all transactions
  • Prepare and file necessary documentation related to inventory and warehouse operations
  • Create comprehensive Excel reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse efficiency
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation processes
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely stock movements
  • Monitor inventory levels and report on potential shortages or overstock situations
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all warehouse documentation

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in warehouse administration or inventory management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating reports and analyzing data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and management
