Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage front desk operations and greet clients warmly upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and database information.
  • Assist in beauty consultations by preparing necessary documentation and consent forms.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with high precision and integrity.
  • Coordinate with product suppliers and assist in inventory management for skincare products.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally, addressing client inquiries promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the beauty industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
