Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track shipment progress using internal control tower systems to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate proactively with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities and transit reports.
- Analyze daily performance data to identify delays and suggest process improvements.
- Manage incoming inquiries and escalate high-priority issues to the management team promptly.
- Prepare routine daily and weekly operational reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and operational policies throughout the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Logistics Coordinator, or in a similar control tower environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required by operational demands.
- Demonstrated discipline, high integrity, and attention to detail.
