In this position, you will serve as the administrative engine for our site acquisition department. You will be tasked with navigating the complexities of land acquisition paperwork, lease management, and operational tracking. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that the foundation of every successful site rollout begins with accurate data and proactive coordination.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for all Site Acquisition activities, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
  • Prepare, monitor, and track the lifecycle of site acquisition documents, from initial inquiry to final contract execution.
  • Maintain and update the SITAC (Site Acquisition) database to ensure project timelines are accurately reflected.
  • Liaise with the Legal and Finance departments to facilitate the timely processing of lease agreements and site-related payments.
  • Coordinate with field agents to collect necessary permits and site-owner documentation for verification.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports for management regarding site acquisition status and potential bottlenecks.
  • Manage the filing system for land titles, building permits (IMB/PBG), and other regulatory documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or SITAC operations, preferably in the telecommunications or retail industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle high volumes of paperwork with zero errors.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate between internal departments and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Pasarrebo, Jakarta Raya.
